1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Paraa Wealth (“Paraa”, “we”, “us”) is operated by MyAdvisor Academy. We are responsible for the personal information collected for enquiries about the Paraa partner programme.

This policy covers privacy requests sent through the form linked on this page, and enquiries made through our landing page and any Paraa Wealth lead form on Facebook, Instagram or Google that links to this policy. It also covers our follow-up about those enquiries. It does not replace the separate terms and privacy notices for any product, account or service you may later choose.

Privacy questions & requests
Use our privacy request form. We will use the phone number you provide to respond.

2. Information we collect

  • Enquiry details: your name, phone number, city, number of active clients and years of experience. We ask for a client count, not your clients’ identities or financial records.
  • Consent and enquiry records: your callback choice, the notice version, submission date and time, a request reference, and the status of our response. If you contact us directly, we also receive the information you include in that communication.
  • Privacy requests: your name, phone number, request type and any message you choose to submit, together with a reference number, acknowledgement of contact for the request, notice version, submission time and handling status. We use these to identify, respond to and record the handling of your request.
  • Source information: the page from which you enquire, the referring website’s domain, and campaign labels included in the page address. For a platform lead form, the platform may also supply the ad or form identifier and submission time.
  • Technical information: hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser or device information, request time and pages requested to deliver the website and protect it from misuse.

Please provide only your own accurate details. Do not send account passwords, one-time codes, identity documents, bank details or information about individual clients through this enquiry form.

3. How and why we use your information

We use your enquiry details to call you about the partner programme, understand your professional background, explain the programme and training, and respond to your questions. We use consent and source records to manage follow-up, avoid duplicate requests, understand which campaigns produce enquiries, and maintain a record of your request. Technical information helps us keep the website working and prevent abuse.

Submitting an enquiry is voluntary. Our callback form requires an affirmative consent choice before submission. This consent is specific to your enquiry; it is not an agreement to unrelated marketing, an investment transaction or enrolment in the programme. You can withdraw your callback consent using the contact details above. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.

Where required, we may also process limited information to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Who receives the information

Your details are available to authorised Paraa personnel and service providers who need them to handle enquiries or operate the website. Enquiry records may be held in a restricted Google Sheet and processed using Google Apps Script. Privacy requests are stored separately in a Cloudflare D1 database through our website hosting service, and are accessible only to the authorised operator. Hosting and security providers process technical information needed to serve and protect the website. For abuse prevention, the privacy form uses a salted, time-limited hash derived from the connecting IP address; raw IP addresses are not saved in the request record.

If you use a Facebook, Instagram or Google lead form, the relevant platform collects your submission and makes it available to Paraa. Its own privacy policy also applies to its processing: Meta Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell enquiry details or give them to unrelated businesses for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or a valid legal request, and only to the extent appropriate to that request. Providers may process information outside India under their applicable service arrangements and safeguards.

5. Cookies and advertising measurement

Our hosting provider may use security cookies and browser checks to detect automated traffic and protect the website. These support security rather than advertising. For details, see Cloudflare’s cookie information.

The landing page at myadvisor.academy uses Google Tag Manager to manage advertising and analytics measurement. Google receives technical information when its Tag Manager service loads. Optional advertising and analytics storage is set to denied by default. You can accept or reject optional measurement using the cookie notice and change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the landing page footer. We save this choice in your browser’s local storage. Callback consent is separate from this choice.

Subject to your choice and the tags configured in Tag Manager, measurement can record page visits, form starts, validation or submission errors, and confirmed enquiries to understand website use and campaign performance. Google tags may send limited, cookieless measurement signals while consent is denied. Our own form events do not include your name, phone number or other form answers. Google’s handling of measurement information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Campaign labels supplied in a page address may be recorded with a submitted enquiry without creating a tracking cookie. Rejecting optional measurement does not prevent you from requesting a callback. The separate privacy-request service does not load advertising or analytics tags.

Facebook, Instagram and Google may use cookies and other technologies within their own services under their respective privacy policies and your settings there.

6. Storage, security and retention

We restrict access to enquiry records to people who need it for the stated purposes and use appropriate access controls and secure transmission for the live service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep identifiable enquiry and privacy-request information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, handle the request and maintain necessary consent and handling records. We delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable legal retention obligation or an ongoing dispute. If you become a programme participant, the relevant onboarding notices will explain any additional processing.

7. Your choices, requests and complaints

Use our privacy request form to ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw callback consent, or raise a privacy concern. Choose the relevant request type, provide a phone number where we can respond, and include enough information to locate your enquiry. The form will display a reference number after your request has been saved. Please keep that reference. Do not submit identity documents, account credentials or client records.

We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and explain if any information must be retained. You may also use the complaint or escalation options available under applicable data protection law.

The programme enquiry service is intended for adults acting in a professional capacity. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

8. Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this webpage with a revised effective date. For a material change to how enquiry information is used, we will provide an appropriate notice and obtain fresh consent where required before using information for a new purpose.

Policy version: enquiry-v2-2026-10-27.
